Clear windows for the northwest valley.

We're a two-person crew cleaning windows, screens and gutters in Glendale, Peoria, Sun City and Surprise. When you call, you talk to one of us. The person who gives you the quote is the one on the ladder.

No contracts. No pressure. Honest advice, even if it's "wait a few weeks."

Why "Anchor"?

[PLACEHOLDER: 2–3 sentences in your own words about why you started. For example: how you got into window cleaning, what the name means to you, and why you're doing this in the valley.]

Here's what we believe: you shouldn't need a sales pitch to get your windows cleaned. We'll tell you what your glass actually needs, what it'll cost, and when it makes sense to do it. Sometimes that means telling you to hold off.

Phoenix is hard on windows. Haboob dust, monsoon rain, and sprinklers full of minerals. We know what that does to glass and screens, and we'll treat your home like we'd treat our own.

What we do

Window cleaning

Inside and out, or outside only. Glass, frames, sills and tracks wiped down. No streaks left behind.

Screen cleaning

Monsoon dust clogs screens and makes the whole house look dingy. We pull them, wash them, and put them back.

Hard water spot removal

Sprinkler overspray leaves white mineral spots that regular cleaning won't touch. We'll tell you up front if your glass can be fully restored.

Gutter cleaning

Clear out what the storms packed in so the next big rain goes where it should, not down your walls.

When to clean in the valley

Honest timing advice, whether you hire us or not.

Jun – Sep

Monsoon: hold off

One haboob can undo a fresh clean overnight. Unless you have an event coming, it's usually worth waiting until storms settle.

Oct – Nov

Post-monsoon: best time

Storm season is over, the heat has broken, and the holidays are coming. This is when a clean lasts.

Winter & spring

Snowbird season

Just got back for the winter? We can get the dust from your months away off before friends and family visit.

Questions people ask

How much does it cost?

It depends on the number of windows, whether it's one or two stories, and whether you want inside, screens or hard water treatment. Send us a quick note or a few photos and we'll give you a real number, not a range. [PLACEHOLDER: add a "starting at" price if you want one.]

Do I need to be home?

For outside-only work, no. We just need gate access. For inside cleaning, someone needs to let us in.

Can you get hard water spots off?

Often, yes. But if the minerals have etched into the glass, no cleaner can fully fix that. We'll look at it and tell you honestly before you pay for anything.

I'm a snowbird. Can you clean before I get back?

Yes. Outside work and screens can be done while you're away, so the house looks right when you pull in.

How often should I clean my windows in Phoenix?

Most homes do well with two cleanings a year: one after monsoon season and one in spring. Homes with sprinklers hitting the glass may need more.
